Our take on the Callaway Apex Ti Fusion Plated Iron Set

The Callaway Apex Ti Fusion is a players-distance iron set built around a forged titanium face fused to a steel body, aimed at better players who want speed without a bulky head. It sits near the top of Callaway's Apex line, above the standard Apex and Ai200, and is sold as a full iron set in right- and left-handed builds with stiff steel shafts. The best new price is $1,300 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new; that is a premium price for irons, so compare it against the Ai200 and last-generation Apex before committing.

Best forBetter players with mid-to-fast swing speedsGolfers who want forged feel with extra ball speedPlayers upgrading from older Apex or players-distance ironsShoppers comfortable spending $1,300 on irons
Pros
  • Titanium face adds ball speed on off-center hits
  • Compact, tour-style shape with minimal offset
  • Forged feel and consistent distance control
  • Available in right- and left-handed sets
  • Stiff steel shafts suit stronger swing speeds
Cons
  • $1,300 is steep for an iron set
  • Titanium face irons are less forgiving than game-improvement models
  • Stiff flex only in this listing; slower swingers need regular or senior
  • Limited new-stock sellers, so price shopping is thin

Questions and answers

Is the Apex Ti Fusion worth $1,300?
It is worth it if you want a compact forged iron with a titanium face and play stiff steel shafts. At $1,300 it costs more than the standard Apex and Ai200, so only pay the premium if the smaller shape and extra speed matter to you.
How does it compare with the standard Callaway Apex?
The Ti Fusion uses a titanium face for more ball speed and has a more compact head. The standard Apex is a little more forgiving and cheaper. Better players usually prefer the Ti Fusion; mid-handicappers may score better with the Apex.
Does it come in left-handed?
Yes. The set is offered in both right- and left-handed builds, though left-handed stock is often thinner, so check availability before ordering.
What shafts and flex does it come with?
This listing is stiff flex steel. Callaway also sells the set with other steel and graphite shafts, so confirm the exact shaft and flex on the listing before you buy.
What is in the box?
A full iron set as configured, typically 4-iron through pitching wedge or a similar makeup. Wedges may be included depending on the set makeup, so check the club list in the listing.
When is it cheapest?
The best new price was $1,300 at eBay as of November 5, 2026. New-iron prices usually drop when Callaway replaces the model or during end-of-season sales, so watch for those windows.
Where is the Callaway Apex Ti Fusion Plated Iron Set cheapest?
At ParWest Golf, for $2,508.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Callaway Apex Ti Fusion Plated Iron Set?
Rated 5 out of 5 from 17 ratings.
Where can I buy the Callaway Apex Ti Fusion Plated Iron Set?
