Is the Quantum Max D worth $449.99?

It is a fair price for a new draw-biased driver, but only if you need slice correction. If your miss is left, spend less on a neutral driver.

Who should buy the D version instead of the standard Max?

Buy the D if your typical miss is a fade or slice. The standard Max suits players who want a neutral flight or already draw the ball.

Is it available for left-handed golfers?

Yes. Callaway lists the Quantum Max D in both right- and left-handed versions.

The best new price found is $449.99 at eBay as of November 5, 2026. New-release drivers usually drop after the next model year, so waiting can save money.

Our take on the Callaway Quantum Max D Driver

The Callaway Quantum Max D is a draw-biased driver built to help slicers and mid-to-high handicappers square the face and add carry. It comes in right- and left-handed versions in black or white, and the D head is weighted to promote a right-to-left ball flight for right-handers. The best new price is $449.99 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with two stores listing it new. That is a premium price for a driver, so compare it against last-generation draw drivers before committing.
