Our take on the Callaway Rogue ST Max Iron Set

The Callaway Rogue ST Max is a game-improvement iron set built for distance and forgiveness, sold here in a 4-PW configuration with steel shafts. Its head uses a high-strength steel face and a tungsten-weighted sole to push ball speed and raise launch, and the stock True Temper XP 95 shaft suits moderate swing speeds. At $365 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it sits well below what this set typically sold for when it was current, so it is a strong value for a forgiving, distance-first iron.

Best forMid- to high-handicap men who want more distanceGolfers who struggle with thin or off-center strikesPlayers moving from older game-improvement ironsShoppers who want a full 4-PW set at a low price

Questions and answers

Is the Rogue ST Max iron set worth it at $365?
At $365 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, it is a low price for a full 4-PW game-improvement set. If you want distance and forgiveness without paying current-model prices, it is a sensible buy.
How does it compare with the Rogue ST Max OS?
The OS version has a larger head and more offset for extra forgiveness. The standard Max is a bit more compact and suits players who want help without a bulky look.
What is included in the set?
This listing is 4-PW, so seven irons from 4-iron through pitching wedge. No gap, sand or lob wedge is included.
What shaft comes with it?
The set is listed with a True Temper XP 95 steel shaft in regular flex, 95g, with a low-mid kickpoint. Graphite shafts were also offered, but check the listing for what is in stock.
Is it good for high handicappers?
Yes. The high forgiveness, high launch and strong ball speed are aimed at mid- to high-handicap players who need consistency on mishits.
When is the price lowest?
Prices on older iron sets tend to dip when a new model launches and during end-of-season sales. The current $365 at eBay is already well below the original retail.
Where is the Callaway Rogue ST Max Iron Set cheapest?
At Peach Frog, for $685.71, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Callaway Rogue ST Max Iron Set?
