Our take on the Ceevoo 8 Pack Solar Ground Lights Outdoor

The Ceevoo 8 Pack Solar Ground Lights are flat, disk-style LED path lights that stake into soil or gravel and switch on automatically at dusk. Each light runs on a 1.2V rechargeable cell charged by its own small solar panel, so no wiring or outlet is needed. The 8-pack at $16.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026 works out to about $2.12 per light, a low entry price for a set this size.

Questions and answers

Is $16.99 a good price for the 8-pack?
At $16.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, you pay about $2.12 per light. That is at the low end for solar ground lights, which often run $3 to $6 each.
How long do they stay lit at night?
Expect roughly 6 to 8 hours on a full sunny-day charge. Cloudy days and short winter daylight cut that time noticeably.
Do they need direct sun?
Yes. The top panel has to see several hours of direct sun to charge the cell. Shade from shrubs, walls or overhangs will shorten runtime.
Are they bright enough to light a walkway?
They give a soft glow that marks the edge of a path. They are not bright enough to light the way for walking or to replace a porch light.
What is in the box?
Eight ground lights with attached stakes and built-in 1.2V rechargeable cells. No wiring, transformer or separate batteries are needed.
Can they stay outside in rain and snow?
They are built for outdoor use and handle normal rain. Deep snow or standing water can block the panel and the light, so clear them off.
Where is the Ceevoo 8 Pack Solar Ground Lights Outdoor cheapest?
At Walmart, for $16.99, as of our latest check.
