Our take on the CNC Luxor Smoky Grey 36" W Double Door Farm Sink Base Cabinet

The CNC Luxor is a 36-inch double-door farm sink base cabinet in a smoky grey stained Shaker finish. It pairs a solid plywood box with wood doors, the construction detail that matters most in a wet sink area. At $342.50 at Surplus Building Materials as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price on record, so there is no recent range to compare against. Buyers should confirm the apron sink cutout and rough opening before ordering.

Pros
  • Plywood box holds up better than particleboard around a wet sink
  • Shaker doors suit farmhouse and transitional kitchens
  • Double doors open wide for plumbing access
  • Smoky grey stain hides splashes and wear
  • 36-inch width fits common farm sink openings
Cons
  • Only one store lists it new, so price competition is thin
  • Dark stained finish can look heavy in small kitchens
  • Farm sink base needs a matching apron cutout, not a drop-in
  • No assembly or delivery terms confirmed at this price

Questions and answers

Is $342.50 a good price for this cabinet?
It is the only new price listed, at Surplus Building Materials as of November 4, 2026, so there is no recent low or high to judge it against. Compare it with other 36-inch plywood farm sink bases before deciding.
Will my farm sink fit this cabinet?
It is built as a 36-inch farm sink base, so it is sized for a standard apron-front sink. Measure your sink's apron width and depth against the cabinet's front opening before ordering.
Is the box really plywood?
Yes, the listing specifies a plywood box with wood doors. Plywood resists moisture better than particleboard, which matters under a sink.
What finish is the smoky grey?
It is a stained dark grey Shaker door. Stain shows grain, so expect slight color variation between doors.
Does it come assembled?
CNC cabinets of this type typically ship assembled, but confirm with Surplus Building Materials before you buy. Ask about delivery and whether the sink cutout is pre-drilled.
Where is the CNC Luxor Smoky Grey 36" W Double Door Farm Sink Base Cabinet cheapest?
At Surplus Building Materials, for $342.50, as of our latest check.
