Cons
  • 5,100 BTU is modest; not a whole-room or whole-home heater

  • Only two heat settings and no mention of a thermostat
  • Polished finish and eclectic styling won't suit every room
  • Floor-standing only; cannot be recessed or wall-mounted

Questions and answers

Is the Concetta 36-inch electric fireplace worth it?
At $70 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to add a fireplace look and some supplemental heat. Treat it as a decorative space heater, not a replacement for central heating.
How much space will it heat?
The 5,100 BTU output is rated for about 322 square feet. That suits a bedroom, office or small living room; it will struggle in a large open-plan space.
Does it need venting or a gas line?
No. It is fully electric and plugs into a standard outlet, so there is no venting, chimney or gas connection.
Is it safe to leave running?
The listing does not state an NRTL safety listing such as UL or ETL, which is unusual for a plug-in heater. Keep it on a clear, level surface and unplug it when unattended.
Can it be wall-mounted or recessed?
No. It is a floor-standing unit at roughly 36 inches wide, 36 inches tall and 18 inches deep, so it needs floor space against a wall.
When is the price lowest?
Electric fireplaces usually discount in late fall and around Black Friday. The current $70 at eBay is already low for a 36-inch unit, so compare the second store before waiting.
Where is the Concetta 36 Inches Electric Fireplace cheapest?
At Walmart, for $124.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Concetta 36 Inches Electric Fireplace?
Rated 4.2 out of 5 from 30 ratings.
Where can I buy the Concetta 36 Inches Electric Fireplace?
2 stores we checked sell it, including Walmart, eBay.
