Questions and answers

Is the Deerc 1:14 brushless RC car worth it?
For adults who want a fast, ready-to-run basher with two batteries, it is a reasonable value. Expect closer to 30-35 mph on rough ground rather than the claimed 46+ mph.
How fast does it actually go?
Deerc rates it at 46+ mph, which is realistic only on smooth pavement with a full battery. Grass, sand and cold weather cut top speed noticeably.
How long does the battery last?
Each 2000 mAh 3S LiPo gives roughly 15-20 minutes, so the two included packs cover up to about 40 minutes. Hard running at full throttle shortens that.
Is it waterproof?
The electronics are waterproof, so splashes and damp grass are fine. Do not submerge it or run it through deep water, and dry it after wet runs.
What comes in the box?
The truck, a remote controller, two 3S 2000 mAh LiPo batteries, a charger and an extra set of sand tires. Check that the charger matches your outlet.
When is it cheapest?
RC trucks like this usually drop around Black Friday, back-to-school sales and end-of-season clearance. Our price history shows the recent low and current standing.
