The Dimplex Revillusion Portrait is a 36-inch built-in electric firebox that gives you a tall, vertical flame view without a chimney or gas line. It uses Dimplex's Revillusion flame technology, which reads as a deeper, more realistic fire than older LED inserts, and it can run flames with or without heat. The heater is rated at 8,800 BTU for rooms up to about 1,000 square feet. At $2,559.99 at Electric Fireplaces Depot as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the top of its recent range; this is a premium built-in unit, not a plug-in space heater.
