Is the Matrice 30 worth it over the Mavic 3 Enterprise?

If you need zoom, wide and thermal in one flight plus weather resistance, the M30 is the stronger tool. The Mavic 3 Enterprise is smaller and cheaper but gives up the integrated zoom-thermal package.

How long can it fly on one battery?

DJI rates it at up to 41 minutes. Real flights with hovering and camera work usually come in shorter, so plan for spare batteries.

Does it include a thermal camera?

Yes. The gimbal carries a thermal sensor alongside the 48MP zoom and wide cameras, so you can switch views mid-flight.

It has a weather-resistant enclosure rated for rain and dust. Avoid heavy storms and check local rules before flying in poor conditions.

What comes in the box?

A typical kit includes the aircraft, gimbal camera, controller, batteries, charger and case. Confirm the exact bundle with the seller, since kits vary.

Prices move with bundles and DJI promotions. Compare store prices and watch for kit discounts rather than expecting deep cuts on the aircraft alone.

Our take on the DJI Matrice 30

The DJI Matrice 30 is a commercial quadcopter built for inspection, public safety and mapping work. It combines a 48MP zoom camera with a wide camera and a thermal sensor on one gimbal, and it flies for up to 41 minutes. It is weather-resistant and folds for transport, which sets it apart from consumer drones. It is a professional tool, so its price sits far above any consumer model and is not tracked here.
