Is the DDP-90 Pro worth it for a beginner?

Yes, if budget is the priority. You get 88 weighted keys, a triple pedal and Bluetooth for far less than a Yamaha or Roland console. Expect the action to feel less refined than those brands.

How does it compare with the Yamaha P-45 or Roland FP-10?

Those are stage-style pianos with stronger piano samples and more proven actions, but they usually ship with a single pedal and no stand. The Donner adds a triple pedal, cabinet and Bluetooth at a lower price.

Does it have Bluetooth for apps?

Yes. Dual-mode Bluetooth covers audio streaming and MIDI, so you can play along with tracks or connect to piano-learning apps wirelessly.

The piano, a triple pedal unit, a 12V 3A power adapter and assembly hardware. A bench and headphones are not included.

Can I use headphones?

Yes, there is a headphone output for silent practice. The two 10W speakers are for room listening.

Donner discounts this model around major sales events and back-to-school periods. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.

Our take on the Donner DDP-90 Pro 88-Key Weighted Digital Piano

The Donner DDP-90 Pro is a full-size 88-key digital piano with fully weighted, ivory-feel keys, a triple pedal unit and dual-mode Bluetooth for audio and MIDI. It packs 238 tones, 200 rhythms and 128-note polyphony into a furniture-style home piano aimed at beginners and intermediate players. It competes with entry-level console pianos from Yamaha, Roland and Casio, which usually cost more for the same weighted-key feature set.
