Is the Ebern Designs sleeper chair worth it?

For a small room that needs an occasional bed, yes. At $266.99 it is cheap for a convertible chair, but do not expect mattress-level comfort.

How big is the sleeping surface?

The chair is 33.86 inches wide, so the sleeper is narrow, roughly a twin-and-a-half at best. It suits one adult or a child, not two adults.

Yes. The USB port runs off a power cord, so the chair needs to sit near an outlet to charge devices.

No. The folding cushion is thin and firm, which is fine for guests but not for nightly use.

The lowest recent price was $266.99 on November 2, only $3 under the $269.99 high. Watch for holiday sales for a bigger drop.
