Questions and answers

Is the Rolanda fan worth it at around $83?
At $82.99 on November 1, 2026 it sits at the low end of its recent range, which ran up to $106.99 on November 3, 2026. For a 52-inch fan with a light kit and remote, that is a fair price if you have standard ceiling height and a dry room.
Can I use this fan outdoors or in a bathroom?
No. It is dry rated, so it should go in living rooms, bedrooms and other dry interior spaces. Moisture and direct weather will shorten its life.
How much ceiling height does the downrod mount need?
Downrod mounting hangs the fan below the ceiling, so you need enough clearance for the blades and light. It is not a good fit for very low ceilings where a flush mount would be needed.
Does the remote control the light as well as the fan?
Yes. The included remote handles fan speed and the light kit. There is no listed smart-home or app control, so plan on the handheld remote.
What comes in the box?
You get the fan motor, 52-inch ABS blades, downrod mount hardware, the light kit and the remote control. Bulbs and any extra downrod are not confirmed in the listing.
When is the Rolanda cheapest?
Its lowest recent daily price was $82.99 on November 1, 2026, about $24 under the $106.99 high on November 3, 2026. Watch for drops back toward the low end before buying.
What do buyers say about the Ebern Designs Rolanda 52" Downrod Mount Ceiling Fan with Light Kit and Remote Control?
