Is the Exmark Commercial 21 X-Series worth it?

For daily commercial mowing, yes. The aluminum deck and high blade tip speed hold up to hard use and cut cleanly. A homeowner mowing one yard may not need the durability for the price.

Honda or Kawasaki engine?

Both are proven commercial engines. The Honda GXV160 is 163cc and the Kawasaki FJ180V is 179cc. Pick whichever your dealer stocks and services.

Does it bag, mulch and side discharge?

Yes. It supports bagging, mulching and side discharge, so one mower covers several jobs. The listing also describes a rear-discharge deck, so confirm the discharge setup with the seller.

How fast does it cut?

Exmark rates it at about 0.71 acres per hour. Real coverage depends on speed, grass conditions and how often you empty the bag.

What is the warranty?

The listed warranty is 1 year. That is short for a commercial mower, so check whether the seller offers extended coverage.

When is the price lowest?

Commercial mowers usually see discounts in late fall and winter, outside mowing season. The current best new price is $1,899 at lawnmowercornerUSA.com as of November 5, 2026.
