The FPD 40-inch is a budget 1080p LED TV running Google TV, with Google Assistant built in and HDR10 support. Its 240-nit panel and 60 Hz refresh rate are basic even for the price class, so it suits a bedroom or spare room rather than a bright living room. It has two HDMI ports, one USB input and Bluetooth. Ratings average 3.4 out of 5 from 96 buyers, which points to a mixed reception typical of budget TVs. Owners of this class of set tend to like the price and the Google TV interface and complain about picture brightness and sound.
