Is the gaomon sectional worth $767.73?

At $767.73 at Macy's as of November 4, 2026, it is priced like a mid-range modular couch. With only one new listing, there is no recent low to compare against, so judge it on the no-assembly build and corduroy cover rather than on a discount.

How long until it reaches full size?

The foam is compressed for shipping and the brand says it expands fully in about 72 hours. Expect it to look flatter on day one and firm up over the first few days.

Does it need assembly?

No. It is a boneless design that arrives in three modules and needs no tools or bolting together. You just unbox, place the pieces and let them expand.

Can I change the layout?

Yes. The three modules can be arranged as an L-shaped sectional with the chaise on the left, or reconfigured into a sofa or lounger. The chaise is about 29.3 inches deep.

Will it fit through a narrow doorway?

The modules ship compressed and the brand markets the couch for narrow entrances and apartments. Check your door width against the boxed piece dimensions before ordering.
