Our take on the GETAJGHSD Slow Closing Toilet Seat with Soft Cushion and Splash Proof Foam Cover Light Green

This is a soft-close oval toilet seat made of EVA foam in light green, sized about 16.3 by 14 inches. The foam cushion and splash-resistant cover are the selling points; it is a budget novelty seat rather than a porcelain or molded-plastic replacement. At $24.75 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is the lowest of the two new prices listed, and the price is low enough that it sits near the bottom of what soft-close seats cost.

Questions and answers

Is this seat worth buying over a plastic soft-close seat?
It costs less and feels softer, but foam wears faster than molded plastic. Choose it for comfort on a budget; choose plastic for longevity.
Will it fit my oval toilet?
It measures about 16.34 by 13.98 inches, a standard oval size. Measure your bowl and hinge spacing before ordering, since foam seats are less forgiving of mismatch.
Does it come with mounting hardware?
The listing describes the seat and hinge but does not list bolts or a mounting kit. Confirm contents with the seller before buying.
How do I clean a foam toilet seat?
Wipe with mild soap and water and avoid harsh solvents, which can break down EVA foam. The splash-resistant cover is meant to be wiped, not soaked.
When is the price lowest?
It was $24.75 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, with two stores listing it new. Compare both stores before buying; small seats like this rarely discount much further.
