Our take on the Milisten Soft Close U Shaped Toilet Seat Light Green Foam Eva Whisperquiet Closure

The Milisten is a U-shaped replacement toilet seat with a soft-close hinge and a light green foam EVA cover. It measures about 16.3 by 14 inches and installs with a quick-release fit. At $24.76 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare it against. The foam cover is the unusual part: it is soft and warm to sit on, but it is not a hard, easy-clean surface.

Questions and answers

Is a foam toilet seat worth it?
It is warm and soft to sit on, which helps in cold bathrooms. The trade-off is cleaning: foam EVA is more porous than hard plastic and needs wiping down more often.
Will it fit my toilet?
It is made for U-shaped bowls and measures about 16.3 by 14 inches. Measure your bowl and hinge spacing before buying; it will not fit standard elongated or round bowls.
How does the soft close work?
The hinge slows the lid so it closes without slamming. There is no stated warranty on the hinge, so check it moves freely after installation.
What is in the box?
The listing shows the seat and its quick-release hinge fittings. Mounting hardware details are not spelled out, so confirm bolts are included before ordering.
Is $24.76 a good price?
It is the only new price listed at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge against. Soft-close seats commonly run $25 to $60, so this sits at the low end.
Where is the Milisten Soft Close U Shaped Toilet Seat Light Green Foam Eva Whisperquiet Closure cheapest?
At Walmart, for $25.49, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the Milisten Soft Close U Shaped Toilet Seat Light Green Foam Eva Whisperquiet Closure?
2 stores we checked sell it, including Walmart, eBay.
