Is this worth it over a rigid raised toilet seat?

If comfort and pressure relief matter more than maximum height, yes. A rigid riser gives a fixed, firmer lift and often a higher weight rating; this foam cushion is softer, lighter and cheaper at $24.99.

Does it really add 4 inches?

It starts at about 4 inches of foam, but the foam compresses under weight, so the effective lift is somewhat less. Lighter users get closer to the full height.

Will it fit my elongated toilet?

Nova says it fits most standard and elongated seats. It measures about 14 inches wide and 15.75 inches deep, so check your seat's footprint before ordering.

Wipe the vinyl cover with a damp cloth for routine cleaning. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cold water and air dry; do not machine wash or tumble dry.

What is the weight limit?

250 lb. That is lower than many rigid risers, so heavier users should look at a bariatric-rated seat instead.

When is the price lowest?

At $24.99 at CSE Mobility & Scrubs as of November 4, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its recent range. Watch for small drops around mobility-aid sales events.
