Questions and answers

Is the Mikolo 26.5lb set worth it?

Yes for light home training. At $57.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, you get a pair covering six weights, which costs far less than six fixed pairs. Skip it if you already press more than 26.5 lb per hand.

How much weight does each dumbbell hold?

Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 lb to 26.5 lb, and the set includes two dumbbells. The 26.5 lb figure is per hand, not per pair.

How fast can I change the weight?

You turn the dial to the setting and lift the handle out of the tray. Changes take a few seconds per dumbbell, slower than picking up a second fixed pair.

Is 26.5 lb enough for building muscle?

It is enough for beginners and for isolation work like curls, lateral raises and shoulder presses. Heavy compound lifts such as dumbbell bench press or rows will outgrow it quickly.

What is in the box?

The box contains two adjustable dumbbells with their weight plates and two storage trays. Check the listing for the exact plate breakdown at each setting.

When is the price lowest?

Adjustable dumbbells tend to dip during Black Friday and January fitness sales. The current $57.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026 is already low for a pair.

Where is the Mikolo 26.5lb Adjustable Dumbbells Set, 6 in 1 cheapest?
