Is the Rincon 5 good for daily training?

Yes. It is a neutral road shoe with enough EVA cushioning for everyday miles, though heavier runners may want a more durable trainer for high volume.

What is the drop and weight?

It has a 5 mm heel-to-toe drop and a listed weight of 210 oz, which is light for a cushioned trainer.

Does it come in wide sizes?

Yes. Hoka lists normal and wide widths, and sizes run from US 3.5 to 16.

No. There is no Gore-Tex version; the mesh upper is breathable but not water-resistant.

Is $124.95 a good price?

It is below the typical new-shoe price for the Rincon line, and 6 stores list it new as of November 7, 2026, so it is a fair buy at that price.

Runners who overpronate or want a firm, stable shoe should look elsewhere; the Rincon 5 is soft and neutral.
