How is it different from the standard Vortex Plus?
The ClearCook adds a glass window in the basket drawer so you can watch food cook. Cooking modes, capacity and wattage are otherwise similar.
How much food does the 6-quart basket hold?
About 6 quarts, enough for a 4- to 6-pound chicken or fries for four to six people. It is a single basket, so you cook one temperature at a time.
