Questions and answers

Is the Hughes sofa worth the price?
At the recent low of $2,027.00 it is a fair price for a US-made tufted sofa with GREENGUARD Gold certification. Above $2,700 it competes with premium brands, so wait for a lower price if you can.
How does it compare with the Joybird Briar?
The Hughes is the wider, tufted option at 90 inches, while the Briar is a cleaner-lined track-arm sofa. Pick the Hughes for a mid-century look and more seating.
Will it fit through my door?
The sofa is 90 inches wide, so check doorways and hallways before ordering. Joybird offers a smaller size in the same model if space is tight.
What is the seat height?
The seat sits 19 inches high, which suits most adults. The 25-inch seat depth is deeper than average, so shorter sitters may want a pillow behind them.
Is the velvet fabric good for families?
Velvet is durable but shows crushing and stains more than flat weaves. The listed Sunbrella Loft White - Mocha option is the more forgiving choice for kids and pets.
When is the best time to buy?
Joybird runs sales around major holidays, and the recent range of $2,027.00 to $2,727.00 shows discounts of several hundred dollars. Buy during a sale rather than at list price.
Is the Joybird Hughes Sofa in Pantone 17-1608 Heather Rose Pink at its lowest price?
The lowest price we've seen is $2,027.00 at Joybird Furniture on October 31.
What do buyers say about the Joybird Hughes Sofa in Pantone 17-1608 Heather Rose Pink?
Rated 4.8 out of 5 from 210 ratings.
