Our take on the Ktaxon 3 Burner Propane Stove Gas Cooker with Auto Ignition

The Ktaxon 3 Burner Propane Stove is a freestanding outdoor gas cooker with three burners and push-button auto ignition, built for backyard cooking, camping and tailgates. It runs on propane and arrives assembled, so it is ready to hook up to a tank and light. Its 58-inch width gives room for three pots or pans side by side, and the 33.5-inch height puts the cooking surface at a comfortable standing level.

Pros
  • Three burners let you cook several dishes at once
  • Auto ignition means no matches or lighter

  • Runs on standard propane tanks
Cons
  • Wide 58-inch footprint needs a good amount of space
  • Propane tank and hose are typically not included

Questions and answers

Is the Ktaxon 3 Burner Propane Stove worth it?
For backyard and group cooking it is a practical buy: three burners, auto ignition and no assembly at a low price. If you only cook for one or two, a smaller two-burner stove saves space.
Does it come with a propane tank and hose?
The stove itself arrives assembled. A propane tank and regulator hose are usually sold separately, so check the listing contents before ordering.
Can I use it indoors?
No. It is a propane outdoor cooker and should only be used outside or in a well-ventilated area because of carbon monoxide risk.
How big is it?
It measures about 58 inches wide, 16.5 inches deep and 33.5 inches tall, so plan for a wide, level spot on a patio or at a campsite.
How does auto ignition work?
A push button sparks the burner so you do not need a match. Turn the gas on at the burner, press the igniter and adjust the flame.
When is it cheapest?
Outdoor cooking gear tends to dip in price outside summer and around major sales. Check the price history chart before buying.
What do buyers say about the Ktaxon 3 Burner Propane Stove Gas Cooker with Auto Ignition?
