Is the Lantine executive desk worth it?

If you want a wide, simple surface and don't need drawers, it covers that job at a lower price than solid-wood executive desks. If storage and cable management matter, budget for a file cabinet and clips.

How big is the desk, really?

The top is 70.86 inches wide, so measure your wall and doorway before ordering. It is a two-person lift and needs a room roughly six feet across.

Does it have any drawers or storage?

No. The Lantine has no drawers, shelves or cable routing, so plan on a separate file cabinet or under-desk cart.

Is the MDF top durable?

MDF is stable and flat but not waterproof. Use coasters and wipe spills quickly, since standing water can swell the edges.

How hard is assembly?

Adult assembly is required and tools are included. Expect a cam-and-bolt build; a second person helps when flipping the wide top.

When is the price lowest?

Desks like this tend to dip during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. Check the price history chart before buying.

Our take on the Lantine 70.86-Inch Large Executive Desk, Light Brown/Black

The Lantine 70.86-Inch Large Executive Desk is a wide, two-tone writing desk with a light brown MDF top and black frame. At nearly six feet across, it gives you room for a monitor, laptop and paperwork at once, and it has no drawers or storage. It suits a home office or a corner of a room where a big, clean surface matters more than organization.
