Questions and answers

Is the LEGO Nightmare Before Christmas set worth $199.99?
It depends on how much you want a display piece. You get six minifigures, The Mayor, Zero with a glowing nose and a detailed Halloween Town house. At $199.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026, it is a collector's price, not a bargain set.
How does it compare with other LEGO Disney sets?
It is one of the few 18+ sets built around a single film location, and the glowing Zero is unusual for LEGO. Most Disney sets are aimed at younger builders; this one is sized and priced for adult display.
Does Zero really light up?
Yes. The set highlights a glowing nose on Zero the dog, which is the main light feature. It is a visual effect, not a sound or motion feature.
Is the house minifigure scale?
No. The house is scaled down dramatically from the film version, so it reads as a display model rather than a full-size dollhouse. The minifigures are standard LEGO size.
What is in the box?
The house build, six minifigures, The Mayor and Zero the dog. Bricks are standard LEGO and compatible with other sets. Assembly is required.
When is it cheapest?
Six stores list it new, and $199.99 at Target as of November 5, 2026 is the best new price found. LEGO sets like this often dip during holiday sales, so watch for discounts in late November and December.
Where is the LEGO Nightmare Before Christmas set cheapest?
At Target, for $199.99, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the LEGO Nightmare Before Christmas set?
