Is this ladder safe to use near electrical lines?

Yes. The fiberglass rails are non-conductive, which is why electricians favor fiberglass over aluminum. Keep in mind the metal rungs and hardware are still conductive, so maintain clearance from live lines.

What height does a 22 ft extension ladder actually reach?

It has a 24 ft design height when fully extended, which gives roughly a 22 to 23 ft working reach depending on setup angle. That suits most two-story walls and rooflines.

How much space does it take up when stored?

It retracts to about 12 ft, so it needs a long wall, garage bay or ladder rack. It does not fold or collapse into a compact package.

How many people does it take to raise it?

Louisville and safety guidance recommend two people for a ladder this long. The rope and pulley help with the fly section, but the base still needs to be footed and steadied.

Does it come with a stabilizer or ladder leveler?

No. The ladder ships with the rope and pulley and end caps only. A stabilizer, standoff or leg leveler is sold separately if you need one.

When is the best time to buy it?

Ladder prices move with seasonal sales, often around spring home-improvement events and fall clearance. Check the price history on this page to see whether the current offer is below its usual range.
