Our take on the M66 Drone 8K Folding Remote Control With Camera And Screen 5G FPV Camera Quadcopter Brushless Motor RC Quadcopter

The M66 is a folding camera drone sold under generic branding, with a built-in screen on the remote, a claimed 8K camera and brushless motors. It is a basic line-of-sight flyer: no GPS, no obstacle avoidance, a 150 m control range and about 12 minutes of flight per battery. The best new price is $125.99 at eBay as of November 4, 2026, and only one store lists it new, so there is no meaningful price history to compare against.

Best forFirst-time flyers who want a screen on the controllerCasual outdoor filming in calm, open spacesBuyers who want propeller guards includedGifts for teens flying in a yard or park
Pros
  • Screen built into the remote, so no phone mount needed
  • Folding body packs down small
  • Brushless motors are smoother and longer-lived than brushed ones
  • Propeller guards included for safer indoor and beginner flying
  • Claimed 8K video and 1/1.28-inch sensor spec
Cons
  • No GPS: no return-to-home, no position hold, more drift in wind
  • No obstacle avoidance
  • 150 m range and 12-minute flight time are short
  • 10 km/h wind resistance means calm-day flying only
  • 8K claim is unlikely to be true 8K from a sensor this class; expect upscaled or interpolated video

Questions and answers

Is the M66 drone worth buying?
At $125.99 it is a cheap way to try screen-based FPV flying with brushless motors. Do not buy it expecting stable GPS flight or genuine 8K footage; it is a line-of-sight toy-grade drone.
Does the M66 have GPS or return-to-home?
No. The listing states GPS is not supported, so there is no automatic return-to-home or position hold. If you lose orientation, you land it yourself.
How long can the M66 fly and how far?
Maximum flight time is listed at 12 minutes and remote distance at 150 m. Real times will be shorter in wind or cold, so buy spare batteries if you plan longer sessions.
Is the camera really 8K?
The listing claims 8K (7680x4320) and a 1/1.28-inch sensor, but at this price that is almost certainly interpolated video. Expect usable 1080p-to-2.7K footage at best.
What comes in the box?
The listing confirms the drone with camera, the screen-equipped remote, propeller guards and a folding frame. Check the eBay listing for battery and charger counts before ordering.
When is the M66 cheapest?
Only one store lists it new, at $125.99 on eBay as of November 4, 2026, so there is little price competition. Watch for eBay coupons and seasonal sales rather than store-to-store discounts.
Where is the M66 Drone 8K Folding Remote Control With Camera And Screen 5G FPV Camera Quadcopter Brushless Motor RC Quadcopter cheapest?
At eBay, for $125.99, as of our latest check.
