Is the Marnur electric throw worth it?

For one person on a sofa, yes: six heat settings and a plush 400 gsm faux fur cover are more than most budget throws offer. Skip it if you need a bed-sized blanket or a certified safety listing.

How big is it, and will it fit a bed?

It measures 50x60 inches, which is throw size. It covers one adult on a couch or chair but is too small to share or to use as a main bed blanket.

Can I wash it in a machine?

Yes, it is machine washable; do not bleach. Detach the controller and cord first, and expect the faux fur to take longer to dry than a flat fleece.

How many heat settings does it have?

Six, controlled from the attached controller. That is more granular than the three or four settings on most heated throws.

Does it have a safety certification?

The listing does not show an NRTL listing such as UL or ETL. If certified electrical safety matters to you, confirm with the seller before buying.

Heated throws usually drop in late fall and around Black Friday, and again in late winter clearance. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
