Questions and answers

Is the Maxkare Heated Blanket worth it?

At $64.89 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is cheap for a queen-size electric blanket with 10 heat settings. If you want a simple, soft warmer for a bed or couch and do not need dual controls, it is a reasonable buy.

Does it have two controllers for each side of the bed?

No. It uses a single controller, so both sides of the queen-size blanket share one heat setting. Couples who want separate temperatures should look at dual-control blankets.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?

The listing does not show an NRTL certification such as UL or ETL, which is the mark safety agencies use for heated bedding. Check the label on the product itself before relying on it for overnight use.

How big is the queen size and how long is the cord?

It is a queen-size blanket, sized to cover a queen bed, and the power cord is 9.8 ft long. That is enough to reach most wall outlets from the side of a bed.

Can I wash it in a machine?

Most flannel electric blankets can be machine washed on gentle after detaching the controller and cord, but follow the care label. Air dry or tumble on low to protect the wiring.

When is the price lowest?

Heated blankets usually drop in late fall and around Black Friday and January white sales. The current $64.89 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026 is the only new price tracked, so watch for seasonal markdowns.

Where is the Maxkare Heated Blanket Queen Size, Soft Flannel cheapest?
