With a convenient turn-handle adjustment, the MB PRO Adjustable Dumbbell ranges from 10 to 100 lbs.

YES, 100 POUNDS!

The MB PRO Adjustable Dumbbells are the most innovative on the market. As durable as they look, the MB PRO Adjustable Dumbbells offer a unique dovetail stress-bearing structure where the adjustment system and handle will never bear any force under any circumstances; they are nearly indestructible!

All major parts of the dumbbell are made of cast iron and aluminum, including a full cast iron plate without any plastic parts, a full aluminum inner rod, a one-piece knurled iron handle, and a dumbbell cradle for easy and quick use without jams.

MB PRO adjustable dumbbells feature smaller diameter plates to maintain balance during exercise, a thicker 1.4” handle for a better grip experience, flat dumbbell heads for comfort, and a seamless, super fast flow from 10 - 100 lbs with a simple turn of the wrist.

The MB PRO Dumbbells are designed to feel like traditional heavy-duty dumbbells with comparable knurling and similar size & shape to those you find at your local commercial weightlifting gym. The plates are round and slim, and most importantly, the shaft will not stick out from the plate.
