Questions and answers

Is the BowFlex SelectTech 552 worth it?

How does it compare with the SelectTech 1090?
The 1090 goes up to 90 lbs per hand and costs more. The 552 is lighter, cheaper and enough for most accessory work, but it caps at 52.5 lbs.
What weights can I set?
