Is the MeoWant MW-SC09 Plus worth it?

It suits owners who want scoop-free daily upkeep and app tracking. The trade-off is a big, heavy unit and liner costs, so it makes most sense in a one- or two-cat home with floor space to spare.

How does it compare with the standard MW-SC09?

The Plus adds app connectivity and cat health monitoring on top of the automatic sifting drum. If you do not need phone alerts, the base model covers the core cleaning job.

How often do I need to change the waste bin?

The 6 L lined bin typically lasts about a week with one cat and fills faster with several. The app can remind you when it is time to swap the liner.

Will a large cat fit?

The 56.7 L drum and low entry suit most average cats, but very large breeds may find the interior tight. Check your cat's length against the roughly 21-inch drum before buying.

What comes in the box?

You get the assembled unit, a power adapter and starter liners. Litter is not included, and you will need to buy replacement liners separately.

Automatic litter boxes usually drop during Black Friday and Prime Day sales and around major pet-retail promotions. Track the price history and buy when it dips below its usual level.
