Is the Mercer41 Cloud sofa worth it?

At 4.4 out of 5 from 293 ratings, it is a solid value for a large modular sofa with an ottoman. It suits lounging more than upright sitting, so try it if you want a soft, deep seat.

How many people does a 107.5-inch sectional seat?

Plan on four to five adults. The modular pieces let you split it into a sofa plus chaise or a U-shape if the room allows.

Does it come with the ottoman?

Yes. The ottoman is included and can sit at either end as a chaise or stand alone as extra seating.

Is the fabric easy to clean?

It is standard upholstery fabric, so blot spills quickly and vacuum regularly. Check the care label before using any wet cleaner.

Will the cushions stay firm?

Expect a soft, sink-in feel that flattens over time. Fluff and rotate the cushions weekly to keep their shape.

When is the best time to buy it?

Watch for holiday sales and end-of-season furniture events. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Mercer41 107.5" Cloud Modular Sectional Sofa with Ottoman

The Mercer41 Cloud is a 107.5-inch modular sectional in fabric, sold with a matching ottoman. Its deep, low, cloud-style cushions and rearrangeable pieces suit large living rooms and movie-night lounging. It is a big, soft seat rather than a firm one, so buyers who want back support should look elsewhere. The ottoman adds a chaise option or extra seating when guests arrive.
