Is the mattress included?

No. It is sold as a frame only, so you need to buy a twin mattress separately.

What mattress size fits?

A standard twin mattress. Check the mattress height, since a very thick one can sit above the backrest.

Is the drawer big enough for bedding?

It fits a folded duvet or a few pillows, but it is one drawer, not full under-bed storage.

How much floor space does it need?

The frame is 43.1 in wide and 80.9 in long, so plan for about 44 by 81 in plus clearance for the drawer.

Does it need a box spring?

No. The wood frame supports a twin mattress directly.

Upholstered furniture like this tends to drop during major holiday sales and clearance events. Check the price history before buying.

Our take on the Mercury Row Granli Twin Upholstered Daybed

The Mercury Row Granli is a twin upholstered daybed in velvet with a wood frame, button tufting and a built-in storage drawer. At 43.1 in wide and 80.9 in long, it works as a sofa by day and a twin bed by night in a guest room, home office or small apartment. It is sold as a frame only, so the mattress is an extra purchase.
