Our take on the Miller Manufacturing Plastic Mason Jar Set of 12 (Set of 2)

This is a 24-piece set of 16-ounce skep-shaped honey jars with metal lids, sold as two 12-jar sets. The traditional beehive shape and blank label areas on both sides make them a presentation jar for honey, not a canning jar. They are hand-wash only, so plan on washing by hand. No current store price was provided, so check the price history before buying.

Questions and answers

Is this really glass?
No. The jars are plastic with metal lids, despite the mason jar wording in the name. The listing's material line lists glass, but the product name and subtype point to plastic honey jars; confirm with the seller before ordering if glass matters to you.
Can these go in the dishwasher?
No. The jars are listed as not dishwasher safe, so wash them by hand in warm water and dry the metal lids fully to avoid rust.
How much honey does each jar hold?
Each jar holds 16 ounces, about one pound of honey. A 24-jar order holds roughly 24 pounds total.
Are labels included?
No labels are included. Each jar has a blank area on both sides sized for your own labels.
Is this one set of 12 or two sets?
It is two sets of 12, for 24 jars total with lids.
When is the best time to buy?
Honey-jar demand peaks before fall harvest and the holiday gifting season. Check the price history and buy outside those windows if you can wait.
