Our take on the Nesco Food Dehydrator

The Nesco Food Dehydrator is a round, stackable-tray dehydrator with an adjustable thermostat from 95°F to 160°F, four BPA-free trays and a 500 W heating element. It ships with a fruit roll sheet and Original Jerky Spice Packs, and the tray stack expands to 12 trays if you buy more. The 6.8 lb, 10 x 14 x 14 in body fits on a counter but takes real space. At $44.99 at Wayfair as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent price range, so this is a good moment to buy.
