Is the GORE-TEX 880v15 worth it over the regular 880v15?

If you run or walk in rain often, yes. The waterproof upper keeps feet dry. If you mostly run dry, the standard 880v15 is lighter and cooler.

How does it fit compared with the 880v14?

It fits similarly to recent 880 versions: true to size with a roomy toe box. The GORE-TEX upper feels slightly snugger and stiffer at first.

Is it good for winter running?

Yes for wet, cold roads. The waterproof upper blocks rain and slush, and the rubber outsole grips wet pavement. It is not insulated, so pair it with warm socks in deep cold.

Can I use it for walking and everyday wear?

Yes. The cushioning and waterproof upper work well for wet commutes and long walks, though it is warmer than a mesh shoe.
