Is the New Balance 1540 good for overpronation?

Yes. It is a stability shoe with firm medial support, aimed at runners who roll inward. Neutral runners will likely find it too stiff.

How does it compare to the 860?

The 1540 is the firmer, more controlling option; the 860 is lighter and less rigid. Choose the 1540 if you want maximum stability.

Is $199.95 a good price?

Does it come in men's sizes?
