Our take on the NordicTrack Select-A-Weight Adjustable Dumbbells

The NordicTrack Select-A-Weight Adjustable Dumbbells are a single pair of dial-style dumbbells that adjust from light weights up to 55 lb each, replacing a whole rack in one compact footprint. The handle is knurled, the plates are plastic-coated and rounded, and the set ships with a high-impact plastic storage tray. They are iFIT-capable, so the weight setting can sync with NordicTrack workouts. At $399 at Best Buy as of November 3, 2026, this is the best new price among 10 stores listing it.

Questions and answers

Is $399 a good price for these dumbbells?
It is the lowest new price among the 10 stores listing the set as of November 3, 2026. Adjustable pairs that reach 55 lb per hand usually sit in the $300 to $500 range, so $399 is fair but not a deep discount.
How much weight does each dumbbell hold?
Each dumbbell adjusts up to 55 lb, in 5 lb plate steps. That covers beginner to intermediate pressing and rowing, but serious lifters will outgrow it.
How fast can I change the weight?
You turn the dial to the setting you want and lift the handle out of the tray. Changes take a few seconds, which makes supersets and drop sets practical.
Do they work with iFIT?
Yes. They are iFIT-capable, so compatible NordicTrack equipment and the iFIT app can guide or track weight settings during workouts.
How big are they?
The plates are 8.5 inches across and the dumbbell stands about 9 inches tall in the tray. The handle is shorter at light settings and gets longer as you add plates.
What comes in the box?
One pair of adjustable dumbbells and a high-impact plastic storage tray. No bench or stand is included.
