You turn the dial to the weight you want and lift the dumbbell out of its tray. Switching between sets takes a few seconds.

Is $399 a good price?

It is the best new price across 5 stores as of November 5, 2026, but it sits at the top of the recent range. Waiting for a sale is reasonable if you are not in a hurry.

Do they work with iFIT?

The dumbbells are marked iFIT capable, so they pair with iFIT workouts on a compatible NordicTrack machine or the app. The weights themselves are manual.
