Is the ORICO TPP20 worth it?

At $22.99 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to get 12 outlets and 4 USB ports in one tower. If you need many plugs at one spot and only light USB charging, it is a good value.

How many devices can it charge at once?

Up to 16: 12 AC plugs and 4 USB devices. The USB ports share 15W total, so charging slows when several are in use.

Does it have USB-C fast charging?

Yes, two USB-C ports support PD 20W on a single port. The total USB output is 15W, so speed drops when other USB ports are in use.

How long is the cord?

The cord is 10 ft, long enough to reach a distant wall outlet. The listing also mentions a 5 ft figure, so check the cord length on the store page before buying.

Does it protect against power surges?

It has a 1,280-joule surge rating plus overload, short-circuit and over-current protection. That is modest protection, fine for a desk but not a substitute for whole-home surge protection.

The current $22.99 at Amazon is at the low end of its recent range. Watch for bundle or back-to-school sales, when power strips often drop.
