Questions and answers

Is a 6-inch mattress thick enough for an adult?

It works for occasional use and lighter sleepers. Most adults sleeping on it every night will want 8 inches or more for support.

Can it be used on a sleeper sofa?

Yes. The tri-fold sections fit most sleeper sofa frames, and the mattress is listed as compatible with sleeper sofas.

Does it need to expand after unboxing?

Yes. Memory foam shipped compressed needs time to regain full height, usually a day or two, and the corners fill out last.

How do you store it?

Fold it in thirds and stand it in a closet or under a bed. Keep it dry and out of direct sun.

Is it firm or soft?

It is listed as medium, with a pillow-top cover. Expect a softer feel on top and firmer support underneath.

Is $139.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge it against. Compare it with other 6-inch twin tri-fold mattresses before buying.

Where is the Papajet 6-Inch Twin Tri-Fold Memory Foam Mattress cheapest?

At Walmart, for $139.99, as of our latest check.
