Is the Philips 3300 worth it over the 2200?

The 3300 adds a color touchscreen, iced coffee and more drink presets. If you only drink espresso and hot milk drinks, the 2200 covers the basics for less.

How does LatteGo clean itself?

The carafe splits into two parts and rinses under the tap in about 10 seconds. There is no milk tube to scrub.

Can it make iced coffee?

Yes. It brews a concentrated shot over ice, but the ice melts, so use plenty of ice and a strong setting for the best result.

What comes in the box?

The machine, LatteGo milk carafe with storage lid, AquaClean water filter and a measuring scoop.

How often do I need to descale it?

With the AquaClean filter installed, Philips says descaling can be pushed out to around 5,000 cups. Without it, descale when the machine prompts you.

Does it work with plant-based milk?

Yes. Philips says LatteGo froths plant-based alternatives, though oat and soy froth better than almond.
