Is the Philips 3300 worth it over the 2200?

Yes. LatteGo is designed to froth dairy and plant-based milk alike, though results vary by brand and fat content.

How often do I need to descale it?

With the included AquaClean filter, Philips rates it for up to 5,000 cups between descaling. Without the filter, descale on the machine's prompt, which depends on your water hardness.

The machine, the LatteGo milk carafe with storage lid, and an AquaClean water filter.

Can I control it from my phone?

No. The 3300 has no app or Wi-Fi control; all drinks are made from the front panel display.
