Is the PS4 Slim still worth buying?

Yes if you want cheap access to the PS4 back catalogue and don't need 4K. If you care about performance or new releases, a PS5 is the better long-term buy.

How is it different from the PS4 Pro?

The Slim runs games at up to 1080p and has no 4K output. The Pro adds more GPU power and 4K support for some games and streaming.

Does it come with a controller?

Retail bundles normally include one DualShock 4 controller and a power cable. Check the listing for the exact bundle before buying.

Can it play Blu-ray movies?

Yes. The built-in drive plays Blu-ray discs as well as PS4 game discs.

How much storage does the 1TB model give me?

About 1TB before system software, which leaves roughly 860GB for games and apps. You can add an external USB drive for more space.

Our take on the Playstation 4 Slim 1TB Console

The PS4 Slim is Sony's smaller, quieter revision of the original PS4, sold here with a 1TB hard drive. It plays the full PS4 library, supports Blu-ray discs and motion control through the DualShock 4, and connects over Bluetooth and PlayStation Network. It is the budget way into PS4 games, though it lacks the 4K output and extra power of the PS4 Pro.
