The Seagate Constellation.2 ST91000640NS is a 2.5-inch enterprise hard drive: 1 TB, 7200 rpm, SATA, built for servers and storage arrays rather than laptops. Its appeal now is capacity per dollar for a small NAS, mini PC or older server that takes 2.5-inch drives. The best new price is $44.29 at eBay as of November 5, 2026, with 8 stores listing it new. That is near the low end of what this drive has cost recently, but it is a 2010-era design, so check age and warranty before buying.

Owners of Constellation.2 drives generally describe them as dependable server drives that run for years in NAS and lab machines. The common complaints are noise, heat and the occasional drive arriving with high power-on hours when bought as 'new' old stock.
