How much milk can it froth at once?

It froths up to 8.5 fl oz and heats up to 20.3 fl oz. That is enough for one large latte or two smaller drinks.

Does it make hot chocolate?

Yes. It has a hot chocolate setting alongside hot and cold milk frothing, which is the feature owners use most.

The frother unit, a stainless steel jug with lid and a whisk attachment for frothing. Check the listing for the exact accessories included.

The jug and whisk come out for rinsing, but the base is not dishwasher safe. Hand washing is recommended.

Our take on the Smeg 50's style MFF11PKUS

The Smeg 50's Style MFF11 is a retro-styled electric milk frother and hot chocolate maker in pink, with a stainless steel and plastic body. It froths up to 8.5 fl oz of milk and heats up to 20.3 fl oz, so it handles one or two large drinks at a time. It is a design piece first: the 1950s look and color are the selling point, and the $249.95 at Best Buy as of November 8, 2026 is the only new price listed, well above what plain frothers cost.
