Is the Sony FE 24-105mm f/4 G OSS worth it?

For full-frame E-mount shooters who want one lens for landscape, events and travel, yes. It trades speed for range and stabilization, so action and low-light shooters may prefer a faster prime or f/2.8 zoom.

How does it compare with the Sony FE 24-70mm f/4 ZA?

The 24-105mm reaches much further at the long end and adds OSS, at the cost of more size and weight. The 24-70mm is smaller and lighter but gives up reach.

Does it have image stabilization?

Yes, it has built-in Optical SteadyShot, which helps handheld shooting and pairs with in-body stabilization on newer Sony bodies.

Is it good for video?

Yes. The quiet autofocus and constant f/4 aperture suit video, and the stabilization helps handheld footage. It is not a parfocal cinema lens, so focus can shift slightly while zooming.
