Our take on the Soulgenix Wheat Straw Dinnerware Sets, 48 Pcs Unbreakable Dinnerware Sets for 4, Microwave Dishwasher Safe, Beige

This is a 48-piece wheat straw plastic dinnerware set for four people, in beige. Wheat straw plastic is a plant-fiber-filled polypropylene that is lighter and less brittle than plain plastic, and the set is sold as unbreakable and safe for microwave and dishwasher. At $21.59 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent price range, so the current price is a good one.

Questions and answers

Is this set really unbreakable?
Wheat straw plastic is far more chip- and crack-resistant than ceramic, and buyers report it surviving drops. It can still bend or crack under heavy force, so treat it as durable rather than indestructible.
Can the plates and bowls go in the microwave and dishwasher?
Yes. Soulgenix lists every piece as microwave and dishwasher safe. Avoid oven and broiler use.
What is included in the 48 pieces?
It is a service for four, so expect four of each item type, such as dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and cups. Check the listing for the exact breakdown before buying.
Is today's price a good one?
At $21.59 at Walmart as of November 5, 2026, it is at the low end of its recent range. That works out to about 45 cents per piece.
Will it stain?
Wheat straw plastic can absorb color from turmeric, tomato sauce or dark berries if left sitting. Rinse soon after eating to reduce the risk.
Is it good for camping?
Yes. It is light, stacks tightly and does not shatter in a pack, which is why many buyers use it for camping and picnics.
