Our take on the Trinx Meditation Chair Ergonomic Cross-Legged Seating Chair with Lumbar Support and Height-Adjustable Seat Cushion

The Trinx Meditation Chair is a cross-legged floor-style seat with a backrest, lumbar support and a height-adjustable cushion, sized 26.77 in wide and 38.2 in high. It is built for people who sit cross-legged at a desk or during meditation and want back support instead of a cushion on the floor. The white finish suits light home offices and studios. It is a niche piece, so compare its price against other ergonomic floor chairs before buying.

Questions and answers

Is the Trinx Meditation Chair worth it over a floor cushion?
If you sit cross-legged for long stretches and your back aches on a plain cushion, the backrest and lumbar support are the main reason to pay more. For short sessions a good cushion is cheaper.
How much legroom does the seat have?
The chair is 26.77 in wide, so the seat platform is roomy enough for most adults to fold their legs. Taller users should check the 38.2 in height against their desk.
Does the height-adjustable cushion help with desk height?
Yes. Raising the cushion brings your hips closer to desk height, which matters if you work on a laptop while seated cross-legged. Check that the top setting still leaves your arms relaxed.
Will it fit under a standard desk?
The backrest is 38.2 in high, so it will not slide under most desks. Measure your desk clearance and plan to pull the chair out when you stand.
What is included with the chair?
The listing covers the chair frame, backrest and adjustable seat cushion. Assembly hardware is normally included; confirm the box contents with the store before ordering.
When is the price lowest?
Niche furniture like this tends to discount around major sales events and at year-end clearance. Track the price history and buy when it drops below its recent range.
